Finished with your glasses? Easy. Pop them into the bin liners we've included, return them to their courier boxes, and apply the labels provided. No need to wash or wipe — leave the cleaning to us.

Delivery & Return One fee covers it all. Your Delivery & Return (D&R) charge takes care of both the delivery and collection of your order on your chosen dates* - no extra costs to worry about.

Pricing is straightforward: £18 for the first box, then just £12 for every box after that.

*Weekends excluded.

Refundable Deposit We ask for a small refundable deposit when you place your order, which is returned to you in full once your glasses are safely back with us.

• £200 for up to 6 boxes
• £300 for 7 or more boxes

In the rare event a glass goes missing or gets broken, a small replacement fee applies - £4 per wine glass or £7 per champagne flute - and the rest of your deposit comes straight back to you.
